AGMotorsports Terms & Conditions

CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. NO EXCEPTIONS.

To request a cancellation, emai Sales@AGMotorsports.net. The email timestamp will be used to determine cancellation eligibility.

A full refund will be issued only if the order has not shipped and is not pending shipment or fabrication.

Once a product has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. If you choose to cancel an order after shipment, you will be responsible for:

Original outbound shipping freight
Return shipping freight
A 15% restocking fee

Pre-Order Items:

There are no refunds on pre-order parts. All pre-order deposits are non-refundable.

SHIPMENTS

Upon receiving your order, you must inspect all parts immediately.

If any parts are damaged or missing, AGMotorsports must be notified within 24 hours of delivery. NO EXCEPTIONS.

To validate your warranty, you must register your product within 10 days of delivery by emailing the following to Sales@AGMotorsports.net:

Serial number(s)
Invoice number
Full name
Year, make, and model
Phone number
Shipping address

Failure to provide this information within 10 days will result in the warranty being void.

PRODUCTS

We strive to produce the highest-quality products in the industry. All AGMotorsports products are handmade, and every effort is made to achieve the best possible finish.

If an issue occurs with one of our products, please email clear photos of the issue. AGMotorsports will determine the appropriate resolution.

If a product is damaged beyond repair, we will provide a replacement.

If the issue involves paint or finish, instead of returning, AGMotorsports reserves the right to cover the cost of refinishing at a licensed local paint and body shop, not to exceed $500.

NO REFUNDS will be issued for defective parts. Resolutions will be limited to:

Replacement of the same item
Store credit

Shipping-Related Paint or Finish Damage:

If paint or finish damage occurs during shipping, AGMotorsports requires the customer to obtain a written repair estimate from a licensed local body shop.

Once the estimate is received and approved, AGMotorsports will issue a repair credit. This process helps avoid additional shipping damage and speeds up repairs.

RETURNS

Item descriptions and photos are accurate representations of the products being purchased. Returns will not be accepted due to customer purchasing errors or negligence. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Unauthorized returns without proper packaging or an RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender.

Freight collect and COD shipments will not be accepted.

There are no refunds on any used items, regardless of condition or performance.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

WARRANTY

AGMotorsports Craftsmanship Warranty covers the following:

Fabricated Metal Products:

All fabricated metal products carry a 2-year warranty covering welding and craftsmanship defects.

Carbon Fiber Products:

All carbon fiber products carry a 2-year warranty covering craftsmanship and clear coat quality.

Warranty exclusions include:

Damage caused by abuse
Heat exposure
Improper care
Physical damage
Misuse (as determined by AGMotorsports)

All items submitted for warranty inspection will be evaluated and repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of AGMotorsports.

If evidence of abuse, neglect, or misuse is found, the warranty will be void, and the item will be returned to the customer.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs to AGMotorsports for warranty inspection.

If an item is found not to qualify under warranty, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

LEGAL DISCLAIMER

AGMotorsports, its affiliates, agents, employees, and owner(s) shall not be held responsible for any damages caused directly or indirectly to any vehicle, motorcycle, or person.

Unless otherwise stated:

ALL PRODUCTS ARE FOR OFF-ROAD USE ONLY

and carry NO WARRANTY outside of manufacturer or OEM defects.

AGMotorsports shall not be responsible for:

Inspection costs
Service costs
Labor charges
Vehicle manufacturer warranty claims

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to comply with all local and state regulations.

By purchasing AGMotorsports products, you acknowledge that vehicle modifications may affect OEM systems and accept all associated risks.

NON-AGM PRODUCTS

No warranty is expressed or implied for items sold by, but not manufactured by, AGMotorsports.

These products are covered only by the original manufacturer’s warranty.

If an issue arises, please contact AGMotorsports, and we will assist you in contacting the manufacturer.

SHIPPING & INSURANCE

Shipping insurance may be added at checkout to cover the full value of the purchased item.

All orders ship via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.

If shipping insurance is not purchased, AGMotorsports is not liable for shipping-related damage.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges on international orders, including Canada.

ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL.

However, AGMotorsports Craftsmanship Warranty (as stated above) still applies to eligible AGM Exclusive products.

TRADEMARK / COPYRIGHT DISCLAIMER

AG Motorsports, Inc. is not affiliated with any manufacturers referenced on our website or listings.

All trademarks and registered trademarks are used for descriptive purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners.

TERMS AGREEMENT

By purchasing any AGMotorsports product, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions listed above.

You agree to hold harmless AG Motorsports, Inc., its affiliates, agents, employees, and owner(s) from any claims related to product installation or use.

Due to the nature of high-performance aftermarket parts, all products are intended for OFF-ROAD or show use only.

“AGM” and “AGMotorsports” refer to AG Motorsports, Inc., London, Ohio.
