CANCELLATIONS:
All cancellations must be made within 24 HOURS after the order is placed. NO EXCEPTIONS! Please email Sales@agmotorsports.net if you’re needing to cancel an item. Email with time stamp will be used to determine cancellation eligibility. We will issue a full refund for you if the order has not been shipped and/or is not pending shipment or fabrication. Once the products are shipped, the order CANNOT be cancelled. If you choose to cancel your order once it has been shipped, you will be responsible for the initial shipping freight charge, the return freight charge, and a 10% restocking fee. Please allow 5-7 business days to process the refund. Once a credit card is processed for purchase of item on our site, the order is non refundable without a 6% restocking fee, even if the items have not shipped. This is because of regulations set forth by the credit card processing companies. We cannot reverse a card charge without a 6% fee. There are no refunds on Pre-Order parts. Pre-order deposits are non refundable.

SHIPMENTS:
Upon receiving your order from us, you must inspect all parts. If any parts are damaged or missing in shipping we must be notified within 24 hours. NO EXCEPTIONS.

PRODUCTS:
We strive to have the best products & quality in the industry. All of our products are handmade. We try our hardest to obtain the best finishes possible. In the event there is an issue with one of our products, please email us photos and we will send you a replacement, after the original part is returned to us. NO REFUNDS on defective parts, only exchanges for like part or store credit. NO EXCEPTIONS.
RETURNS:
Item details and pictures are accurate representations of the item you are purchasing, therefore we DO NOT accept returns due to customer negligence when purchasing. NO EXCEPTIONS. Any unauthorized packages returned without packaging or RMA number will be refused and sent back to the customer. Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted. There are absolutely no refunds for any used items regardless of damage or performance, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
WARRANTY:
AGMotorsports Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty covers the following: ALL “AGM EXCLUSIVE” labeled products from welding and craftsmanship defects ONLY, also excludes carbon clear coat damage from excessive abuse, heat, or damage. AGMotorsports warranty covers the original purchaser ONLY for the life of his/her ownership of said Items. AGMotorsports, any of its affiliates, agents and or owner(s) will not be responsible or held responsible for any damages caused directly or indirectly to any vehicle, motorcycle, OR any person. Due to the nature of the products we sell, unless otherwise stated, ALL PRODUCTS ARE FOR OFF ROAD USE ONLY And Carry NO WARRANTY outside of manufacturer or OEM defects. AGMotorsports, it’s affiliates, employees, owner(s) and or agents will not be held responsible for any and all charges related to inspections, service, vehicle manufacturer warranty and or labor of said items. It is the purchasers sole responsibility to coincide with any local or state regulations.
By purchasing AGMotorsports products, you agree, understand and are liable if there are any issues that arise from modifying your vehicle or motorcycle beyond its OEM design.
All items sent in for warranty will receive a full inspection, and fix or replace as necessary. It is at the discretion of AGMotorsports to decide whether to replace or fix the product in question. If we inspect the item and notice any abuse, neglect, OR any other sign of misuse, the warranty will be voided and the item will be sent back to the customer.
It is the clients sole responsibility to cover shipping to AGM for any warranty inspections. If an item is deemed NOT under warranty, the customer is obligated to pay 100% of the shipping to return the item back to them.
Upon receiving your newly purchased item from AGM, in order to validate your warranty you must email the serial number(s), and invoice number to Sales@AGMotorsports.net within 10 days from delivery to register your warranty. Please include your full name, year, make model, phone number and address. There are NO exceptions. If info is not received within 10 days of receipt of purchase, the warranty is void.
NON AGMotorsports SOLD ITEMS:
No warranty is expressed or implied for items sold by but not manufactured directly by AGMotorsports, its employees, afflialiates, owner(s) or agents. These items are ONLY covered under there producing manufactures/vendors implied warranty. If you have an issue, please contact AGM and we will put you in touch with the original manufacturer.
SHIPPING & INSURANCE:

Any product shipped From AGM will be insured for the the amount of the purchased item. All items are shipped via Fedex. AGMotorsports LLC will not be held liable for any cost over the default insured amount of the shipment.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & WARRANTY:

There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges on any international order(s) including Canada. ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL. However, AGM’s lifetime craftsmanship warranty (as stated above), still applies to AGM EXCLUSIVE items.
